The Karaoke.co.uk (“Karaoke.co.uk”, “we”, “us”, “our”) terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website service www.karaoke.co.uk (“Site”, “Service”) whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing for free, browsing, or registering to use our site with any level of subscription or paid for period. An establishment or Venue (“Venue”) are premises, which we have agreed can operate our service and provide this to you as a karaoke session (“Session”).

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site, as these will apply to your use of our site.

By using our site, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our site.

Other applicable terms

These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our site:

·         Our Privacy Policy which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

·         Our Cookie Policy which sets out information about the cookies on our site.

­2. Age

Some songs available on the service may contain lyrics that are of an adult nature and/or may contain language that some may consider offensive.

In order to use our service, you must be 18 years of age or older, or be 13 or older and have the permission of your parent or guardians consent to these terms.

Your parent and/or guardian must have the full legal ability to enter into this agreement with us and must not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws.

You agree that any information provided within any submission form from you to us is accurate, true and also complete and you agree to ensure it is so at all times.

3. Regions

Due to licensing restrictions, we only provide our Service to United Kingdom residents.

You cannot and must not use our service, in any capacity, free or paid for if you are not a resident of the United Kingdom.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be purchased direct from our website, from partner websites, third-party websites and via telephone.

Currently we offer Monthly and Annual Subscriptions. All subscriptions are rolling subscriptions and will automatically renew as per the subscription period. For the avoidance of doubt, your payment method will automatically be charged according to your chosen subscription (i.e. each month or each year).

Subscriptions can be cancelled from within your account, please see section 6.

5. Pre-paid Periods

Pre-paid periods can be purchased direct from our website, from partner websites, third-party websites and via telephone.

Currently we offer 24-hour passes which will provide you with 24 hours of access to the Service from the moment that you activate the pass, not the moment you purchase the pass.

Pre-paid Passes can be activated from within your account area.

Upon completion of the period, the period will automatically terminate. You may lose data from within your account, including but not limited to, playlists you have created, queue history and favourites once your period terminates.

6. Cancelling your Subscription / Unsubscribing

If you have just purchased a subscription or pre-paid period (pass) and have changed your mind, please see section 6. Cooling-Off Period.

If you are wishing to cancel your rolling subscription, you can do so at any time from within your account section.

By cancelling your subscription, you may lose data from within your account, including but not limited to, playlists you have created, queue history and favourites.

7. Cooling-Off Period

Customers are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 business days from the moment of the order of the subscription and/or paid for period.

Important – The 14-business day period will no longer be valid if you have accessed the Service during the cooling-off period.

If you wish to receive a full refund before the end of the cooling-off period, you must contact us.

If you purchased your subscription through a third party, your subscription is subject to any terms of agreement with the third party, in addition to these terms. If you have purchased a subscription via a third party, you must cancel your subscription directly with the third-party.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.

Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

9. Changes to our site

We may update our site from time-to-time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

10. Users

Without official agreements providing to you by us, the following is not permitted for any reason:

•               Copying, broadcast, recording, redistributing, extraction, or making available to the public any part of the Service or the content of the Service;

•               Utilising the Service to copy any content or files by any means;

•               Providing your password or any Service access credentials to any other person;

•               Using any other person’s access credentials;

•               Using any automated process or script whatsoever to collect information in any form from the Service;

•               Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or creating any derivative work based on the Service or any part thereof;

•               Bypassing any of the technology which it used by the Service;

•               Re-sale, rental, lending, leasing or sublicensing any part of the Service;

•               Selling a user account to any person, or any entity, regardless of if any compensation is received;

•               Bypassing any region restrictions applied by the Service;

•               Removing, disguising or altering in any way, any copyright, branding information, trademark, or any other intellectual property notifications on the Service.


You are solely responsible for keeping your password or any other access credentials for security confidential and fully secure.

You are solely responsible for any use of your account on the Service for your username and password.

If your access credentials are lost or stolen, or if you believe that they may have, or are, being used by someone other than you, you will need to contact us immediately and also take the necessary steps to change your access credentials without hesitation.

If we suspect that your account is being used for any activity which we deem suspicious or that is in direct contravention of our Terms, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account or terminate your account permanently with immediate effect.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

The Service is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom and is not to be used for commercial purposes, unless specifically agreed with a Venue. We do not represent that content available on or through our site is appropriate or available in other locations. We may limit the availability of our site or any Service or product described on our site to any person, Venue or geographic area at any time.

If you are using the Service within a Venue operating the service, whereby the Venue has activated the site for your use, you may log in and request tracks to sing within the Venue premises. You must physically be within the Venue premises to request tracks to sing and you must not request tracks, or allow anyone to request tracks, that you have no intention of singing during the session that the Venue is operating at that time. You must not attempt to request tracks from outside of the Venue premises. We reserve the right to cancel your requests and suspend your account if we suspect misuse of the site in this manner. If we suspect any persistent misuse, we will investigate the matter fully and provide our findings to the relevant authorities.

11. Trials

We may from time-to-time offer trials of subscriptions for periods not requiring payment or at a reduced rate, we reserve the right to withdraw or to change the details of a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability to the extent permitted by law.

12. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You must not use any part of the content on our site for any purpose without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

You must not print off, copy or download any part of our site. your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

13. No reliance on information

The content on our site is provided for entertainment use only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site.

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Aside from the Venue brand and logo, all other brands and logos published on this website are the Trademark of Yousing Limited may not be used by any third party without the explicit permission of Yousing Limited.
